Speaking at the Manama Dialogue security summit in Bahrain, UK Foreign Secretary Yvette Cooper described the situation in Sudan as a “humanitarian crisis and devastating conflict”, criticizing the lack of international response.
She stated:
“Mass executions, starvation, and the devastating use of rape as a weapon of war — women and children are bearing the brunt of the largest humanitarian crisis of the 21st century. For too long, this conflict has been neglected.”

⚠️ UN Warns of Atrocities in Darfur
The United Nations has warned that RSF fighters have rampaged through El-Fasher, killing hundreds of civilians and committing ethnically targeted attacks.
According to UN officials, more than 450 people were killed in a hospital, with reports of mass executions and sexual violence.
Although the RSF denied involvement, satellite imagery and witness accounts suggest widespread destruction.
